A new 8,378 square foot medical office building was designed for the rural community of Hill City in Graham County, Kansas. The outpatient clinic includes exam rooms, a minor procedure room, laboratory, waiting and reception areas, staff offices, and support spaces. The project scope encompassed site development with new parking, an entry canopy, and landscaping improvements.
